Chairman

Vikash Mishra is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Raphe mPhibr, where he leads Mechanical, Aerospace, and Materials R&D Divisions (and more), and chairs the board of Directors. Additionally he is a member of the governing council of the Aeronautical Society of India (AESI). A visionary innovator, he became the first private individual to receive Government of India support for undergraduate studies in the U.S. after patenting a rocket propulsion system shortly after Class 12. He is a trained scientist with triple Bachelor’s degrees in Physics, Mathematics, and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas (US) and PhD at MIT (US). His experience includes work with Idaho National Laboratory, as well as projects with CERN. An expert in propulsion, energy, advanced composites, and aerodynamics, he has led patented innovations at Raphe mPhibr, resulting in ultralight, high-performance UAVs and cutting-edge aerospace systems, and India's first fully Indigenous metal 3D printed 2-stroke engine.

Chief Executive Officer

Vivek Mishra is the Co-Founder and CEO of Raphe mPhibr, where he leads the Electronics, Controls, and Mathematics R&D Divisions (and more), and serves on the board of Directors. He is a trained scientist with a BTech from NIT Bhopal, MS and PhD in Electrcial and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech (US). His doctoral research advanced swarm robotics, enabling autonomous UAVs to execute complex collaborative tasks and improving micro-aerial vehicle performance by 25%. Vivek has worked with Bharat Petroleum to enhance production efficiency and safety standards, and at Georgia Tech Systems Research, where he designed and patented an autonomous indoor blimp recognized by IEEE. An expert in control systems, robotics, and AI, he has led multiple innovations at Raphe, including the successful deployment of large-scale UAV swarms for dynamic operations, and India's first fully indigenous mil-grade UAV autopilot.
